Keeper II sealed the deal.

Those two albums didn’t just click — they detonated.

Years later, I rediscovered just how powerful Helloween’s catalogue truly is when I picked up Better Than Raw at the mighty Utopia Records. That album still lives in heavy rotation on my CD player today — a reminder that Helloween’s fire never dimmed, it simply evolved.

And in 2015, standing in a Perth crowd as Andi Deris led the band through the My God-Given Right tour, I felt the full force of their legacy.

A band reborn.

A band still hungry.

A band that never forgot how to make metal feel alive.
